At Prime Partners, we keep the business in house—identifying the proper land for development, managing the end-to-end building process, working with buyers or renters, and handling the management of the properties. We utilize Noberg Homes' subcontractors and full-time maintenance personnel to handle all rental turnover, which allows Prime Partners to be highly efficient at the moments that matter.

Our History
In 2021, in response to the rapidly changing housing market, Wade Tollefson and John Arnold formed Prime Partners, a company focused on build-for-rent and build-for-sale residential construction.
Combined, Wade and John bring over 40 years of experience in the real estate and new construction industries. Wade, the owner of Noberg Homes (building company), has over 20 years experience successfully operating his company through the various real estate cycles. Wade's building company has been named one of Minnesota's Top 25 Builders multiple times and has also been a reciepient of the Reggie Award! In addition to Noberg Homes, Wade also owns and operates Personal Care Senior Living, a company that provides new construction facilities to seniors (i.e. assisted living and memory care).
While Wade supports the new construction side of Prime Partners, John is responsible for the sales, leasing, and management of the business. John has over 22 years of sales and property management experience. John is a Minnesota top producing, award winning agent that soley focuses his time on new construction-related business. He is also a Class B owner in Personal Care Senior Living.
Between the two, Wade and John have build and sold over 2,500 new homes in their career!
